GJS Electrical started in 2020 and is based in Milnerton. The team works across Cape Town on electrical installations, solar backup, compliance, maintenance and fault finding.
Our history
Started during a difficult year. Grown through repeat business.
GJS Electrical was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic. The early jobs were smaller electrical and maintenance assignments; repeat clients and referrals opened the door to developments, schools, commercial sites and solar installations.
As the business expanded, Zion Esterhuizen joined the company, bringing experience in finance, planning and client communication management. Together, Gershom Jacobs and Zion Esterhuizen built the commercial and operational structure needed to take on larger projects without losing direct client contact.
The work is planned properly, tested before handover and handled by people who understand site pressure, budgets and compliance.
